Quite agree, it will be up there with many of the stupid things he has said. And as for saying it was “just a joke,” well I’m sure there’s a lot of people who have been at the sharp end of other people saying stupid, hurtful, insulting or dangerous things and then expecting to be excused by saying it was a joke.

I ask the question, is a leader someone I would want to work for either directly or indrectly as CEO of the company I worked for.

I could definitely live with ScoMo, Turnbull, Gillard, Howard, Keating, Bob ,and maybe even Abbott and Rudd. Also, I think I could live with both Bushes, Reagan, Bill Clinton and Obama. But Trump? I just cannot abide him as a human being, and wouldn't want to work for a company he heads up.

And beside that any CEO that spent a big chunk of their spare time on twitter attacking their competitors, to me just doesn't seem to have their eye on the job they are being paid to do. He never seems to have adjusted from being candidate to being president.
