Hi,

Just looking at options to get me over from the US to UK at the end of march and then back again in early december. Should be Emerald for the return leg.

My first preference was to get the BA-A380 out of LAX to LHR and connect with a BA domestic to MAN. All of this done on IB codes for max status earn.

I'll be in Toronto for most of the week, so it may be expensive and time consuming to back track to get the 380. I had hoped to get another night or two at LAS with a cheap room at the end.

I know BA is pushing the 380 out of Washington later in the year, so might be able to get that on the return but BA/IB don't seem to allow OJs in the US side.

AA 777-300ER
+ Main Cabin Extra/PE for free for sapphire (presumably exit row MCE too)
- Seats are wider, but look a bit coughpier than the newer BA planes
- AA service is bad?
Routes - JFK/DFW -> LHR

BA 787
+ Get to try new 787
- Seatmap doesn't look the best, unless you're in the exit row
- Exit row only free for OWE/Plats

Routes - YYZ/YYC/EWR/PHL/AUS -> LHR

BA A380
+ Awesome seat layout, Upper deck economy.

Routes - LAX -> LHR (later in year IAD -> LHR as well)

Anyone got any tips?
