Hi All,
I've given my neighbours two complimentary lounge passes as they are flying Qantas
SYD to LHR in mid July , during school holidays.

We were hoping they could link lounge passes to their SYD departure. However it is not presenting as an option. LHR lounge for return journey is linkable.

My thoughts are this is due to the busy school holidays and the SYD lounge being in high demand.

My neighbour has enquired through a call centre and been told the reason the passes can't be used, is that they are only to be used for lounges outside Australia.

I've told her that info is incorrect. Am I right?

Thanks in advance .

Yeah, this is correct.

It wouldn't be a Qantas Call Centre if they didn't make up a reason when they don't know :)
