Using inflatable pillow onboard?

Question: Does anyone know if Qantas allow passengers with babies to use the Travel inflatable pillows?

They were banned a few years ago, I can’t find anything to say they changed their policy but haven’t dug too far.

But you could use your cabin bag to get sort of the same result. The bigger the bag - up to max cabin bag dimensions - the better
