Is there a reason there's only 10 club logos on the side? Or are the rest on the other side?
That is correct

Still an interesting situation this AFL contract that DJ have snapped up. Alot of the players still fly QF and when speaking to them they have big reservations about DJ.

There has been many stories in the media about several clubs having reservations about the lack of leg room on DJ aircraft and problems with DJ timetables, the WA clubs have apparently told the AFL they will not fly with DJ,not the greatest news for Virgin but I have no doubt they will provide the very best service they can with the equipment they have available.Alot of the players still fly QF and when speaking to them they have big reservations

Do you have some facts to back up that claim? CrazyDave presented some facts a while back, comparing QF and DJ 737 seating plans, showing that DJ has greater seat pitch than the standard QF seat pitch (excluding business class and the convertible rows on QF 737-400 aircraft). I'll see if I can locate the thread.Generally QF domestic Y has about 2cm more pitch than DJ.

Rear of the exit row it is about the same from memory. I'll see if I can locate the thread.
ok, found the thread: http://www.australianfrequentflyer....velocity/seat-diagrams-side-by-side-7313.html
My comment was based on the published pitches on seatguru.com (averaged out as there is some variation on different aircraft types).

Last time I saw them in flight, some were in J (senior, taller players) and the rest in Y (predominantly bulkheads - even the coach slummed it back in y!)Do they travel in J or Y on QF? Is there that much (if any) of a difference between QF Y and DJ Y pitch?
