Agree on the random. My DPS-SYD posts in 24 hours. My wife’s (pooled) takes 5 days, only just enough time for me to dump her from the pool and get adult daughter in for a SYD-HKG. Anyway looking good now.
One of two same-day flights posted the day after, the other I'm still waiting for. Will follow it up once the two-week period is up.
Thought I'd follow up on this. Both flights were under the same booking with the same e-ticket number - one posted the day after, the other never did. I tried to claim online but the system bounced back stating it had already posted.
Rang VA and they could see one of the flights hadn't posted and had to manually fix it. A bit of a pain to call but it took only 4 minutes so hardly the end of the world. Hopefully they keep investing in this so same-day / next-day posting becomes the new normal.

Can I ask, what was the specific number that you rang?
I just called 13 18 75 (the one on the membership card) and went through the usual prompts as if for a normal VA booking query. I did get directed to the premium call centre after putting in my VA Gold number so that might have sped up the call however.
It’s so haphazard. Last week’s outgoing flight posted within 2 hours of me landing, but my return flight is yet to post 4 days later.
I had a similar pattern:Seems random, the in last couple of weeks.
AKL-SYD: posted a couple of hours later
SYD-BNE: posted the next day
BNE-AKL: post before landing
Take it is an very manual process at VA with someone having import them manually?
The delay doesn’t really bother me too much most of the time, but it’s horrible when you’re on the cusp of a status upgrade and you have an impending flight that you want lounge access for. Hopefully they’ll iron out the posting inconsistencies soon.
Flew SYD-MEL late last night, landed just before midnight. Flight had credited by the time I got up this morning.
I'm starting to wonder if departure airport factors into this, perhaps something to do with the boarding information being delivered back to Velocity.
