VA has 15% bonus on points transfer until May 31st

Set up auto redemption and transferred 400K points at the same time 2 weeks ago but didn't receive the extra 5%. ANZ trying to tell me that I miss out because they claim auto redemption was set up the day after I transferred the points. They are still being a PITA even though I have a printout to confirm "auto redemption setup complete" which is day/time stamped for the same time I got the confirmation email for the points transfer. :evil:

Hi all, was unsure where to put this query, but regarding points transfers, do they contribute to preventing point expiry after 36 months and are regarded as "activity" in same way as earning and redeeming points. Thank you.
