Not arrived I am 1 SC short of gold with renewal date tomorrow so I am not very happy at all, previously posted within first 5 days of the month
Contact velocity and talk to them.

I have noticed the activity date will be the last day of the month, so last Thursday 31st August.

Yes I contacted flybuys via social media, they advised all good yesterday as they had escalated to velocity to get credited, checked today and the 7 status credits had posted.

has anyone noticed whether the Coles/Flybuys points have arrived yet? Normally they arrive within 2-3 days. I am hanging on these SC for something special. :)
My Coles SC arrived Today 08/08/17

just must have been a slow month, perhaps exasparated by the weekend.

PER-SIN-HAN-SIN-PER all posted +1 day after each flight except last leg which has now been 5 days. Family pooled partner identical.

Still no sign of the last leg so time for a chase up.

PER-SIN-PEK and CAN-SIN-PER on SQ from last week has all posted successfully within 2 days however...

I cannot recall the last VA flight which did not credit within 30 hours after arrival (May/June probably?).

My SQ flight yesterday has already credited (<15 hours from arrival).

so after my last few flights all crediting within 48hrs, flight from Monday as of today Friday, still hasnt credited ( or 2 from Wednesday )

My outbound sector posted a day quicker than my inbound one:

I also had 2 flights on the Wednesday and another on Friday. None have credited yet.

My flight from 18th has credited this morning, so based on that I should see my flight from Sunday night credit late this week....

Up until my most recent flights (18-19 Oct BNE>NTL>BNE) they've been credited within 72 hours.
I've had to lodge a retro claim for these ones, and they still haven't credited.
<sigh> why is it so inconsistent?

and for some reason the retro claim still does not know the new SC earn rates...still credits me with 10 SC for SYD - BNE flight

Was it part of an international itinerary? Could be 10 in that case.

hi oz_mark, nopes, a SYD - BNE return flight. Surprisingly I was unable to raise retro claim for return leg and that posted with correct SC and points today...

Flew ADL-BNE at 0605 on 27/10, received an email at 14:06 on 28/10 from Virgin to complete a survey re that flight, login to account an hour after receiving email an no SC's/points posted for the flight yet.
