This week I flew CNS-MEL on VA then MEL-AUH-CDG on EY as a VA codeshare.
The MEL-AUH sector was credited the day after I arrived.
The MEL-AUH sector was credited the following day and the CNS-MEL sector credited later that same day.

Last few VA flights have posted within 2-3 days, definite improvement from last year when every flight seemed to require a missing points claim.

Flew adl-mel-hkg Monday, posted Thursday morning.

Does anyone know how long it takes for a upgrade on status level to kick in?Made the requirements for plat but still showing gold

My upgrade to plat happen at 7 days from the last SC earn flight.. Pack arrived 10 days later

I too was having plenty of luck of points posting +3 days. However, 15 May flew MCY-MEL-ADL with wife and son. Wife has had points post for both legs, son has only had points for MEL-ADL post and i have only had points for MCY-MEL post.

I recently upgraded to Platinum and as had a few flights imminently rather than waiting for points to post I rang up and had them immediately post which brought me into Platinum which the operator kindly did for me on the same call.

I just put in a log of claims for some NZ flights a month or so back. They got the one on VA metal but not the Air NZ ones with VA numbers. Internal flights in NZ get screwed for SCs sometimes, I've booked through VA and got zero for some flights.

Did the double SCs from a few months back get credited? I can't see them in my activity log anywhere. I made a few flights and I've still got outstanding bookings later in the year.
