I did that, but afterwards, it comes up saying, a claim has already been submitted for that flight! Now waiting on 4 flights to credit 10 days and counting

Yeah I have a Wednesday, Thursday and Friday flight from VA last week, none posted and same response as you when I put the missing point claim in.

Credit card points from citi and bonuses (bonii?!) have landed almost immediately though.

I'm in shock..........they all posted just this second! 8 days later........

No dice for my 3 yet.

I had a QF flight last Wednesday as well, and that also didn't post - which I found odd as QF typically seems to be within hours of the flight. A missing points claim at the weekend had it fixed same day though.

Va domestic flights from over a week ago have not posted so I lodged an online claim. Irritatingly, the flights are still listed in My Bookings!
Points posted today, 8 days after flight taken!

So my flight from the 30th April and 7th May posted this morning, but 2 flights inbetween havent, wtf VFF !

Was up to 6 days for me and I pulled the trigger on the Missing Claim, only to get the following warning for both my claims:

The flight details you have supplied have already been submitted. Points will be credited to your Velocity Account within 7 days of submitting your retro claim if the flight is eligible to earn Points and Status Credits. If the Points and Status Credits are not credited to your account within 7 days, please contact us on 13 18 75. [LTY-0071]

Well I know I haven't already lodged claims (unless mental telepathy works), so it must still be in the system.

Same here.. Monday flights have posted (with triple points bonus)
Hmmm, better go and check whether my latest BNE/MEL/BNE flights were also eligible under the T&C's (as I got it for my previous ones, booked close together). Thanks for the reminder - who knows whether it will auto credit in 2 days or the Claim will take precedence

Sydney - Brisbane on Monday has posted, but not Brisbane to Canberra on Thursday. This is fun. Anyone want to start taking bets?

My EMD> BNE> NTL flights from the 3rd May have just posted...

Looks like 7 /8 days might be the new normal..

I decided to ring the Contact Center and asked about some of my points/credits dating back to 26/4 and a few others. Lucky me, she saw them and posted them all whilst on the phone including the one I had the day before.

My colleague tried the same thing (he's silver) and got told to wait.

Hi all. Flew across the ditch on 23 Apr (NZ) with no SC or points for myself or my partner. Waited 14 days and did a retro claim which was sitting there awaiting processing a couple of days ago. Logged into tonight to both of our accounts and there is no claim activity logged at all under missing points claims for the last year - it is blank. It like they have disappeared. No SC or points have been awarded. Also my partner's other NZ flight which was VA metal had a retro claim soon after the flight and that disappeared also.

Is anyone else experiencing no claim history or disappearing claims when they check?

Just to add, it can be frustrating when the points take ages to add as has been well discussed, but a feeling of double standards when your rolling 12 month SC's disappear dead eye dick on the anniversary of the year old flight.

I've been flirting in the 900 to 980 SC balance for over a month, so I've taken a bit more interest. Fortunately the double SC bonus offer and a number of flights left this month should see the 1000 barrier smashed.

If the missing SC's would get you over the line, then when they actually post wont affect you obtaining Plat, its the actual activity date of when you took the flight ( with your rolling SC on that date) So a call would be in order to get you manually upgraded to Plat.

AwardWallet alerted me to a change in points balance for my VA account this morning. Logged in to find:

So presume it was the Sat AM batch being processed - but 8 days from flight to crediting

Once again, i had a domestic Delta flight credited in less than 24 hours (even though it was a Sat AEST) how can domestic virgin be so slow?

Called them just now after going 11 days since my last flight not being credited and also getting that same “already claimed” message others are getting when trying to put a missing mileage claim in.

The person I spoke to said there was an ongoing issue with applying points automatically, and did it for me manually while I was on the call, which was pretty painless considering.

I needed it for my Gold requalification and while I appreciate the date flown is what’s important, I’m going to be traveling at that time so I’m much happier having it all sorted out now.

I flew BNE-SIN-ZRH on SQ a couple of weeks ago and points/SC’s for both flights posted the day after the flights landed.
