I know it's not overly important but why is sending card and tags and welcome take so long? Surely it should be automated. Just another small amateur action by VA. The airline actively promote tier promotion etc but don't provide the physical shiny stuff....

Sorry for the delay. This was a post from last year. I didn’t receive the package for Silver or Gold. Eventually got the Platinum ones after I had to contact Velocity for another matter and mentioned that nothing had been received. They then came with a week or two.

Glad to discover there is a thread on this. I went Silver for the first time in late March but have yet to receive anything.

I know Silver isn't much to crow about compared to some, but given it's my first ever status upgrade it'd be nice to have the physical recognition of it. How long do you think I should wait before making some noise about it?
