Velocity 20% bonus points on transfers offer - November 2023 to January 2024

Did anyone receive points with auto transfer with Citibank in this promotion? I called today and got told that Citibank was not included in the auto transfer and I had to do it manually to receive the bonus..?
I’m 99% sure it didn’t say that on the Citibank website

Please help

I am yet to receive the bonus points for my BOM/Amplify rewards. I was hoping that there is a lag before the points are posted.

Can I please check if anyone else having Amplify cards have received the bonus points for transfer done in May/June.

Yeah sure, but from a customer perspective, they should credit the points sooner rather than later. We are 26 days into July and still the bonus points have not arrived... they didn't specify that the points would arrive at the end of July so for the whole month a lot of customers are left wondering if they will actually arrive.

I’m not wondering! When T&Cs say by the EOM expectation is that it may take until the EOM (and that’s what happened last time, some dropped on the last day, some actually a couple of days later).

I might hope for earlier but am certainly not hanging out for the points wondering why they haven’t dropped.

Im very confused...

I had the ANZ on auto redemption. Last night i received 10K bonus points but it was labelled as ' NAB Rewards Base Points'. I hadnt had churned a NAB card since 2023!

Also i should be expecting close to 19K bonus points for the ANZ auto redemption...
