Can anyone confirm from recent experience that a guest is allowed when using Alitalia status to access a lounge?
 
I am Velocity nothing but Club Freccia Alata (gold). Can I use my Velocity FF on my booking (to start earning towards VA status), but flash my Alitalia card at the Virgin lounge for access?
 
I am Velocity Silver, so no lounge access. I put VFF to get points and status credits to Velocity and show Club Freccia Alata to get myself and a guest into Virgin lounges relatively often. Last time was 4 weeks ago.
