With these issues don't try to make a booking for multiple people. (2 or 3 might be OK)
I recently made a booking for 7 and the site timed out before I could add all the info required.

Made 9 bookings this morning for next 3 months. No major problems really, but entering your address every time is painful.

Well. Tried to book 'J' for three and got all the way through seat allocation and all, then it kept failing on CC, four attempts with two different cards. Had no option but to reset and try again and three seats no longer available. Not happy!

I would check whether funds are being held on either of those cards. The complaints of multiple charging are still coming thick n fast on FB.
