For the first time, I spent at 7-11 and no velocity points have come through. Did a gas swap n go and bought fuel (and used a Fuel Lock, got a "congratulations on the savings" in the app) on 03/03, nothing in Velocity which normally pops up after 24hours. Tried googling of how to lodge a claim or follow up but couldn't find anything, anyone know how to do that other than the generic "contact us" link on 7-11's website?
