Does not appear to be bookable yet. Any info or guesses on price for biz class?
I have a feeling it might not be cheap if we look at the South Korean startup t-way that started flying. They're wanting something like $3,000 return for their premium economy with lie-flat seats. AirAsia is also expensive to Bangkok I think about 3000 + as well

The MEL-SGN flights are on sale now. Bizarrely, the Vietjet Air website is already advertising a sale that doesn't begin until Tuesday - $200 one-way for Y, including taxes.

The regular price seems to be around $570 return for the cheapest Y option.

SkyBoss comes in at $4,589 return, which I would say is not competitive whatsoever.

That's pretty typical of Vietjet to be honest.

They are only really good as a budget carrier, even their domestic skyboss is often comparative to Vietnam Airlines or Bamboo who provide a legititamte domestic business product, not just a blocked seat.

I once flew MEL to KL with Air Asia on an a330 with the very tight 9 abreast seating. As this is the same aircraft and configeration, i would strongly advise against it - it was the most uncomfortable flight of my life - avoid at all costs!!

Sure but the stunt will take a bit of time (years) to get over. Not the bikinis or the current uniform per se but the fact that management thinks that is a professional way to portray an airline.

A lot better than all the <redacted> who constitute crew on a lot of other airlines!

Heard that Vietjet is already planning to increase frequencies into MEL and SYD in September...
