Has anyone had trouble getting a Vietnam eVisa?
I've had my application repeatedly bounced back asking for "blanks" to be filled out .... Despite there not being any blanks left in the form
It's not been over a month from when I first applied and it's getting ridiculous.

Long shot, but have you tried using data and not wifi (turning your wifi connection off completely, and only using data)?

I think that’s what got us over the line for the india e-visa.

That's interesting - any ideas how that might make a difference?

It's bounced back about 7 times now (taking 3-4 working days each round) and I've tried different browser/computer/changing answers...
It is so super frustrating

It is bizarre. Do you have an agent to recommend to get the visa? It is starting to get a bit too close to the trip for comfort and I'd hate to have to cancel existing bookings and/or make last minute bookings.

Thanks
It all feels like a scam - I was reading about errors in the eVisas from the Vietnam immigration authorities and then $$$$ needed at the airport to correct the problem to get in

I do. He owns a Vietnamese officially registered travel company and also lives in Australia. Feel free to PM me.

That is the official site to apply for Evisa!

You can join “Vietnam Travel Guide” group on Facebook and then start a post like Evisa emergency… Local evisa agents will come to you but you should also be careful to pick one.

This site did work for me. They are expensive but I got the visa. And the visa was valid.

Hello, flying machine

I had the same issue and got knocked back about four times. Just a few bit from what I learnt

1. Ensure you input your middle name and first name in the given names section

2.In the section of organisation you intend to contact, put the address of your hotel and contact phone number and ensure the address is the one from google

3. Ensure you type everything in and don’t copy and paste

I got knocked back several times. I applied for my partner and she got it once!

I have found that many Asian visa sites do not like info being pasted in. The paste shows in the box but it doesn't seem to actually register when you try to proceed but just throws up an error.

Thanks! I've tried many things others have suggested. Typing all the answers again fresh. Different browser. Different device.
Still nonstop circles of needing to fill in "blanks" even when everything is filled out :/
