Hmm, some pretty tough/ordinary vintages amongst that lot. I think I'll keep my CC holstered and see if the Langton's Carpe Diem sale is on.

I'm down to the last few of the small number 2011 vintage reds I bought from South Australia, most were Ok, none outstanding. Similar story for 2013/2014, better than 2011, but nothing to get excited over.

Dalwhinnie Moonambel Shiraz 2014 at slightly cheaper price from JD was amazing…. Will be hard to resist the Shiraz and Cab.. the Lear was a solid wine too, pending on the price.
Any view on the Carlei Estate Chard?

2010 and 2012 were pretty good vintages weren’t they?

Yes, Dalwhinnie and Carlei Nord 2012 probably the best of the bunch, maybe the First Drop Wilton 2012, Alkoomi Jarrah 2016 already offered recently. Maybe the d'Arenberg The Vociferate Dipsomaniac Shiraz 2010/2012 if you like their wines, I'm not a big fan.
