Just got tracking email for my purchases on Oct 19. Sharktooth purchased in the same transaction but not included with the shipping this time. Email notes:

"If a case has been delayed slightly in our warehouse, we’ll send it separately. Here’s what’s just left the warehouse:"

My Sharktooth has been shipped now. Looking forward to try this one!

I did a guest checkout and have no notification by email yet…wasn’t helped by PayPal delaying payment for 2 days while they investigated the “unusual” transaction.

A bit similar for me - guest checkout on 19/10 and nothing since (apart from CC being billed on the day). I replied to the "Boom" earlier today and got a reply, and the wine was shipped today. I suspect they were swamped with orders during the sale, and perhaps they didn't prioritise guest orders as highly as others (my partner ordered from VIM account the day after my order and already received the wine!).

Edit - sorry, mentioned wrong email.

Thoughts on this d'arenberg grenache?
Could be worth a try and return if no good. I haven't tried it but the Halliday note and Wine Advocate both suggest it might not age well past 2021/22. Wine Advocate has 2 reviews with the more recent ('13) less favorable and the drink by dropped from 2023 to 2021. Could be on the downward slope and the vineyard is looking to move stock. RRP seems ridiculous, $30 could be a fair price. Worth noting Halliday rips the 2013 vintage of the same wine, could be just that vintage because 2014 scores better, but also only 3x vintages of this wine so maybe something was up with the vine quality. I checked it out too and decided no for me, but again, could try a bottle and return if not good

Halliday did say drink the 2010 by 2018 I think...

Just checked out my latest email offer on the Sorby Adams website (the Handcrafted Barossa Shiraz) and noticed it was "Exclusively available in Australia with Vinomofo" - so it would appear to be impossible to pay RRP for this and a few others in their range!

Are there many other "vinomofo faves" that are exclusive to the 'fo?

There are quite a number of "made for mof_" wines in their list that may appear on producer web sites at the advertised RRP, either for sale or sold out. Many of the import offers are imported exclusively by VM so the RRP is whatever they think looks impressive.
With VM it's best to ignore the claimed RRP and consider whether the offer looks like a deal at the actual offer price.

Moderately confident that many of the Pirramimma wines offered on VM are exclusive to them, some of the King Valley/Gapsted wines, some of the NZ Pinots, some Lou Miranda, Kirrihill, Monterra, Kilikanoon.
