As I am but a humble quaffer, I will leave it to others to say whether Amelia is a bombshell or not :) I certainly enjoyed her company, in fact, I am enjoying it again this evening!
 
So can we get a little more specific with comparisons of amelia with recent shiraz purchases in terms of body, balance, bulltish and bravado?
 
Just as an interesting afterthought, could we organize in the near future, say a wednesday night, a mutual tasting of a VM wine? Sounds interesting for a set start time or just a little daggy? Too much time on my hands I guess

I'm actually in the process of testing and setting up a site for organizing online themed tastings and discussions. I started it because a group of friends and I wanted a book club but for wines. So it would fit what you're proposing. It's not quite ready for prime time and don't want to spam the link here, so PM me if you're interested in checking it out and/or want to offer some feedback on what you would like to see in a wine club/discussion group.

I too had a date with Amelia last night, a threesome as Mrs. B came along.
She was soft and smooth, very easy to get along with if perhaps still a little young.
I really enjoyed the mint finish which gives Amelia a point of difference IMO.
Glad I got a dozen, maybe not so that I sold 4 off.
I'm thinking of taking a couple to Curry on Currie, the ADL social on 11 April to showcase what value can be had from the Fo.
And yes, the label is classy.
 
So Hannah swung around today... I ordered the 2012, but received the 2010. Very happy for the extra JH point and maturity, despite the fraud :lol:
 
is it just me or have the black market and secret deals slowed down a little recently. It seems like a month or so ago there was 2-3 new ones every day...

Yes, seems quiet to me too. Maybe at the 'Fo they're saving up for a big release of deals of all types over Easter.
 
Oh I will be upset if I missed out on getting some 2010 at the 2012 price! Have some 2012 in the cellar but always wanted some 2010.

Mine has been delivered to the office. Was going to wait until Tuesday to collect it but blow that! Going in over Easter to see if I have been similarly defrauded.
