Vinomofo are flogging Hewitson Cask 66 again. The mythical $450 wine with the 99 point Sam Kim rating that is only ever sold at a ridiculous discount or in a bundle that alleges a huge discount. I’d guess not a single bottle has ever been offered at $450 let alone actually sold. The ACCC needs to look at this.

If nobody buys it at $450, no one is being hurt or ripped off. ACCC can't keep up with the big rip-offs let alone the teeny, tiny, little stuff like this.

The ACCC? The same organisation with oversight over issues like whether or not insurers pay out flood claims for households who have lost everthing? Whether or not supermarket chains are en masse price gouging low income households for shareholder value? For the love of god, please don't clog up the ACCC's resources with whether or not your fine wine bargain is as good as it may appear. I can't think of a more extreme definition of first world problems.

Can't really complain for about $10 per bottle. Old school wine - 52nd vintage ... I am actually looking forward to trying one, been a while for a Cab Merlot Coonawarra Blend
