Vinomofo Wine Deals

I'm pretty sure the RRP $85 ($34 on the 'Fo) McLaren Vale Cab is the Chalk Hill Alpha Crucis

just got the call as well.

from the chat it seems like Mavericks had some sort of issue with the bottling process and didnt realise until its gone out. personally not bothered but asked the bloke that if mavericks are going to get labels i wouldnt mind being sent a few to stick onto my bottles!

as long as the wine is tasty which it is!

Yeah, seems like its all good. They gave me a free delivery credit. I thought for a sec though they were gonna offer me a free case haha.

Katy! only 2 cases? Small wedding? :)
Hope you also got some of the Erin Eyes, rich and velvety with lots of black fruit (the taste buds went crazy when they dedected blackcurrent)

Anyone know what wines are in the aussie ripper reds deal? I believe $29 2010 coonawarra shiraz is patrick estate and the $42 2014 coonawarra cab sauv is the coughfighters ghost reserve.
Any idea on the others? Cheers

It is a small wedding but there are also two cases each of cab sauv, sauv blanc and chardonnay - oh, and sparkling!

Many of the attendees will apparently not drink wine :O :O

Also been using my duty free allowances to pick up spirits so they can have some signature coughtails as well...

Had a 2013 Maverick Twins GSM this week and absolutely loved it. Been a while since the last, but found the medium palate luscious and fruity with nice timber. The 2014's went back yesterday. Reading the last few posts had me agreeing with the Two Roads assessment. It is an enjoyable wine trying to entice us with something different. The Hungerford Gundagai shiraz is simply great winemaking on display.
