Delectable, you mentioned the Fox Gordon Brothers and Sisters Cabernet from late last year.....i remember taking a bot around at lunchtime to a mates and was stunned by how good it was. At the thought of not upsetting anyone else, can you retype your tasting notes for our benefit. Loving a bit of pedigree, I 'think' I also bought the FG B&S Tempranillo and although on first tasting not as good as the Cab, but still very nice.

Wow, what a fabulous cabernet. Very deep in colour, with wonderful complexity and perfect balance. Perfectly ripened cassis and violets on the front palate giving way to a wonderland of complex savoury flavours on the back palate - tobacco, tar, bay leaf and burnt cedar all mingle in a seamless combination. The exceptionally fine grained tannins, barely perceptible. Faultless. I don’t recall ever having tasted such a well composed cabernet at such a young age. Utterly spellbinding.

Well taste is a very personal thing, but it was definitely in my sweet spot. Your mileage may vary...
