Any thoughts on the Gewurz? Scant info from VM "Don’t even try to guess what it is, just click “buy now”. I find myself hoping its' the Johanneshof but it doesn't quite fit & this is when hope clouds judgement.

And yes, the site is different for me too (old outdated Explorer) so perhaps they've upgraded?

According to their website, the 2014's got at least 4 trophies, plus 96/100 from Sam Kim - normally VM promotes that stuff, so I suspect it's something else...

I've taken a leap of faith and pulled the trigger. Will report back if no-one else confirms otherwise (and assuming it is in time).

I think you're right, it's more likely to be Johanneshof than the others, by price, region, trophies and description. I need some more traminer so it's a boom for me.

The Mclaren Vale Associates Grenache wasn't my cup of tea... not as full as other MV grenaches that I've enjoyed, and a minerally almost metallic aftertaste. Drinkable, but I'm not keen to struggle through 11 more... so back they go!
