To catch your ear if I could WanD thru all that undergrowth, let me just say that the capital input needed to purchase 12 at $10 or 6 at $20 is the same. But this is where it getz fuzzy. Personally I would expect the dearer to be at least twice as good in quality. Is this a fair assumption? I believe it is, so do some due diligence on the dearer ones and buy those. With the generous refund policy, it's a lot easier returning a six pack as well. Whatdyareckon WandD? Sage advice?
Haven't had the Fox+Hounds nor am I likely to after the lukewarm reviews it's garnered so can't comment.
The Hart I revisited last night having only cracked one from the dozen that landed a little while back. Whilst lacking some of the grunt VM banged on about (and Campbell Mattinson) it's certainly a very pleasant Friday night quaffer for the money and I'm not unhappy to have it in my cellar, I was trying last night to find the right adjective to sum it up and instead of approachable I came up with "cuddly". Sounds a bit naff I know, but it's so soft and rounded, nothing there to snag your cable-knit cardy on, I like it!
FO Hart of the Barossa " special value " = now with screwcap. Cheers
Now that is interesting?...same year as well...I wonder if the taste is the same..lol
Go to Nexday's website tracking page and input your last name and VM order number (without the #) and you will get six foot six.I have my shipping notification for the Black Market 2013 Shiraz (that we think is the six foot six), but it does not say what the wine is. It's been a while since I bought anything from the fo, when did it change so you don't find out? They could be shipping me anything.

This one sounds promising. Not sure where to start the speculation. "World famous winemaker" is interesting.

It's pretty obvious that this is a Haselgrove wine but am struggling to find any other salient details on the inter-web or FF https://vinomofo.com/wines/red-wine/black-market-deal-shiraz-blend-2015 any of you forum stalwarts have any insight into this? Much appreciated, W&D
Pretty sure this is the Atlas Watervale Riesling.
I may be hundreds of kilometres away WD, but I can sense an increase in heart rate, anxiety, the fear of missing out on this silly named red. Langtons used to flog the 13. Is that a good advertisement? And the numbers align nicely for you as if the angels above listened to your recent struggles and plight? And what you say Mr.Wilson as you stroll around your little apple island, with only a ball, or two, to play with? It's pretty obvious that this is a Haselgrove wine but am struggling to find any other salient details on the inter-web or FF https://vinomofo.com/wines/red-wine/black-market-deal-shiraz-blend-2015 any of you forum stalwarts have any insight into this? The 2014 is a nice drop."World famous winemaker" would be stretching it, but that does sound reasonable.
Looks like the new vintage of the Haselgrove Cul Stor. They had the 2013 previously for the same price.
You are so right! Well at least we all know now for sure.Go to Nexday's website tracking page and input your last name and VM order number (without the #) and you will get six foot six.
Had my six pack of the Handpicked Collection Tassie Pinot Noir delivered and cracked one last night. At just $30 a bottle from VM It didn't disappoint at all. Delicate with a gamey complexity and enough summer fruits to provide great balance. Enjoyed it more than the '13 Seppelt Drumborg Pinot noir hat I also bought recently as this wine is a bot more balanced. Would recommend this if it pops up again and may buy more myself.
I like your very apt description of perhaps many pinots.....gamey complexity and balanced with summer fruits. I myself prefer the summer fruits to dominate, but I do understand the gameness or sometimes what's known as forest floor characters to come through. A tinge of bitterness can also encroach but balance is what we are all after. Nice comments dude.

Cul Stor, I googled in gaelic is Treasure Goal.
