Vinomofo Wine Deals

If you are using Gmail, they may be in your SPAM...

We went to THUNDERBIRD for email some months back, extremely pleased with it after having used 3 or 4 others.

Very intuituive to use, everything lines up nice, filing into folders etc - love it !!

What were your thoughts on the wine?
I'm a huge fan! Big, black, powerful and oaky. Needs a good hour or so in the decanter though to settle down, but i have had every vintage since 2010 and it just keeps getting better. I buy mine from winedirect.com.au as they have had it for years. they charge $20 a bottle, but its free delivery if you get 2x 6 packs. They have the same returns policy which I have used many times, so makes a bit more sense. I love these guys and when they have something that mof_ do as well, they will quite often price match. The link to the secret pack for $120 a 6 pack is below along with the link to the product for tasting notes. IMHO a stunning McLaren Shiraz and the best vintage to date and I'll continue to buy it from these lot. However for anything they don't have, I still love VM.

Fri 8th Dec 2017 maybe?

Yes, sorry, that was what I meant. The old s/d typo strikes again!

Still, shouldn't look a gift horse in the mouth - there's plenty of good buying to be had with the credit.

Fri 8th Dec 2017 maybe?

Oh, that makes sense.

Didn't state that though in either the email or inside my account details.

Either way can't complain - especially since 2016 is the lowest spend I've ever had with the fo.

Same here.. I'm assuming it will have gone out to all VIMs? (still not sure how I became a member when looking back at my order history)

Yeah its 12 months; given today is Thursday 8th.

I got it as well- likewise lower spend this year. Once a VIM, always a VIM?
I assumed (possibly incorrectly) that it expires midnight tonight. But then surely the email would have alerted us to the "act now" timeframe?

Thinking about popping on the 2012 Artisan Shiraz...

I have no idea why I got it. I haven't brought from the Fo in over a year. I think I am more Very Allusive mof_, rather than a VIM! It allured me in. Boom. I find what I want, 50% discount plus credit, and then:

NO BOOM!

The 50% discount has gone at the cart. And so has my will to buy from the Fo. Shame. 30 odd cases in 2015, and then nothing since October 2015. The buying embargo continues ...

Surprisingly generous... I guess I did just cave and buy a few cases with the AmEx promo
