Vinomofo Wine Deals

anyone able to track their yalumba anderson? I am getting an error trying to track mine on the nexday's website.

I think it was Hungerford Hill Collection Hunter Shiraz 2011.
I got the 2010 on a similar discount and RRP.

That's a good tip given the sparse info, but as you said VM offered Hungerford before.
However cannot find 2011 on Hungerford site, and rrp is $65 (for 2010)

jk, i had a 2013 classic gundagai - yes gundagai - in the last few weeks and it was absolutely stunning. I think it was a mixed VM case from last year. Sounds like pedigree again is a wonderful thing.

Might not have shipped yet

Have always been able to track it on the third day after purchase. Nexday would have to go and pick up the wine from their warehouse. So the job would have been created and available for tracking. Maybe delayed due to the bad weather in sydney

I was keen to get the Hunter's shiraz as my reds were mainly from South Australia and waiting for the identity to be revealed first.
Then it was all sold out. But no matter from past experience "it will be coming around again"

Did anyone who frequents here purchase any?

The Old Faithful 'Top of the Hill' Shiraz 2008.

Wasn't this on last year Although not necessarily the same vintage?

PS. I'm sick of there being so many Shiraz offerings!

I think you are going to be more sick.
For OZ Reds there are basically Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon and the rest.
The rest being Merlot, Pinot Noir, Grenache, Mataro, Zinfandel blah blah blah ....
The rest doesn't sell as much as the front 2.

Just a thought.

Yesterday's unknown BlackMarket Hunter Valley shiraz sold out in no time.

Now today's VIM Old faithful shiraz is still very much available and only "under 100 cases" to sell.

Do you think it will sell much faster if its unknown and under Secret or BlackMarket? :?:
