Any suggestions on the current offerings? Brothers at war? Prospera? Monterra? Or the schild shiraz? Anyone tried any of these and thoughts? Have a $25 bday voucher so trying to decide if anything worthwhile
Yeah, there is a lot of wine to move, some of them hang around a fair while, some because there is a lot of it, some because it's not actually that good, even at the "70% off" price. Most of it is the same stuff they’ve been flogging repeatedly for the past few months. The hyperbole of the marketing is the only thing that changes. The wines on offer don’t.
Is Earl still available? Heard very good reports but I thought it sold outCheers redbogot!
Ended up booming on the earl! Have had quite a few pirramimmas and they have all been fantastic! Was sceptical of the earl because it appears to be made for the fo....but I'm a fan of the style and at $28 a bottle I figure it's low risk
Goose? I've never heard of a Cape barren duck.Cape Barren Wild Duck

Not really surprised with CW Wines. They could probably have Cape Barren Horny Pigeon Shiraz with Sam Kim 97 points and it would not surprise me a bit.Yes, sorry, Wild Goose. Shiraz 2021 – Black Market Deal #49453 - Red Wine

Straight away I casted my mind back to The Vociferate Dipsomaniac Shiraz I bought a year or two ago from VM!They do have a little way to go to match Chester's inventive names for d'Arenberg wines.
Co-incidentally, I opened one last weekend. It was still tasting pretty fresh for a 2010 vintage.Straight away I casted my mind back to The Vociferate Dipsomaniac Shiraz I bought a year or two ago from VM!
