Virgin Atlantic points using Hertz

I'm booking a car with Hertz and trying to boost my Virgin Atlantic points with the booking. Do have to put in the VS CDP to earn, or just nominate them as my preferred? On the website it lists two different CDP's but only for US or UK/European bookings.

Any ideas?

I just use my normal CDPs.

thanks for that. I know from experience when trying to boost the Avianca/LifeMiles balance, you have to use the CDP for LifeMiles otherwise you get nothing. And the rates are quite a bit higher.
