Virgin Aus - MEL-HKG-LHR Business - Am I eligible for chauffeur driver

Hi all,

I am familiar with the Emirates chauffeur experience however recently booked a Virgin Business Class Flight to London with a stopover in HKG in both directions. HKG-LHR on Virgin Atlantic

Can someone confirm if I am eligible for the chauffeur driver in MEL, HKG (2 Day stopover), LHR?

I have looked at their website and it does seem to suggest that I am eligible, if this is the case can I just call and book them all at once.
