All I got was a ‘sorry we didn’t meet your expectations, the incident has been passed to the relevant cabin crew management’. Nothing else.I forgot to mention she ended up speaking to row 3 for over 5min after telling us there wasn't enough time for a PDB...
There certainly will be feedback provided, new J which was great but the service was certainly a let down.
