Virgin Australia flights to Doha now on sale

Some very sharp prices on Business seats from SYD, MEL, BNE to LHR right now :)

The screenshot is an example ex MEL

For some reason, these aren't showing on Google Flights.

That's one way. Return is often more expensive as well. Pretty average prices imo.

4.4k one way in business on QR? I haven't seen it that low, and I've bought a few of these seats over the years.

Have you seen it lower than this on QR metal?

edit: booking this same flight on the Qatar website is over 8.2k.

Etihad for the same date is over 5.4k, and Singapore Airlines over 7k, as a comparison.

I'd never purchase international one way cash fares — always terrible prices — but if that's what you do, I guess it is an okay price.

If you don't have enough points to redeem return airfares then you purchase a one-way airfare.

For example, my partner and myself have enough points for us to go to the UK oneway in business. So we will purchase flights oneway (though most likely economy) and use the points for the return in business.
