Virgin Australia lounge access on arrival?

Sounds like your boss is relying on staff not checking his BPs. Or maybe your return flight on QF is not too far away.

Only WPs have arrival access at QF lounges.

I'll just keep playing dumb then

im flying air nz (virgin partner) from NZ to Syd then QF from Syd to Singapore (4 hrs later). I am Virgin SG, does this mean I'm allowed to do this on arrival to Syd international? (with a +1?). Do I need to show my incoming boarding pass and just hide the Syd->Singapore one?
Cheers

I think you would have to pass through immigration/customs and try at the VA domestic lounge.

Why would they have to clear customs & go to VA's domestic lounge if transiting Sydney (NZ - SYD - SIN)?

Because it's not likely the NZ lounge will allow arrivals access. Especially when the next flight is on QF.

Different terminal - Are you sure?
yup, NZ will get you into international and SIN is also from international. VA has no lounge in international terminal (sigh), and shares with SQ or NZ and am sure these will not allow fron arrival access. NZ lounge does have paid access though if that interests you.

Sorry I read it as both flights from different terminals.

Just to add to the chorus, I've used the Lounge on arrival many times. I, and I'm certain nearly every business flyer, arrive well after the peak hour so it's not a major problem for the Lounge to accommodate a few extras who have to shoot off emails and have a quick coffee.

Serfty seemingly managed to get a tribe into syd for the train crawl!
A VA WP can have three guests. A VA SG can have one guest - does not take many statused travellers es to get a "tribe".

2 WP and 2 SG when travelling can have up to 12 accessing the Lounge on arrival.
