A while back VA had a discount code that could be used for (almost) any domestic booking.

Happy hour still uses a promo code so it looks like it has been disabled...

Promo code box is still there - I was able to see it on both mobile and website (iPad and iMac respectively, using Safari browser) but only when I went to the Bookings tab/page - it didn't show up on the site's home page nor when I tried doing a search from the home page and then tried modifying the flight search details

I believe that's the case, as they seem to run happy hour as a promo code.

Not a Chrome thing - a cookie thing. Use a Chrome incognito window and the VA site will work for you...

Yep, every promo seems to require booking 20 days prior.
