Virgin Happy Hour [Thursdays]

I made good use of this - but I need status credits!
I don't think I would be overly concerned. They may an extra year's extension, especially with no international.

Though I do wonder if they will do offers as an alternative such as "Triple status credits with double sector bonus" or $50 to extend your status for a year. There's plenty of strategies they could use.

That's fine for people seeking to keep status - but I'm trying to move up
 
Happy Hour is now on in addition to a "Take a break and escape" sale until 25 January:

I was wondering how they were planning to do Happy Hour with the new fare brands. I would have pretty much lost interest if it only covered Lite fares.

Looks like you can still get a Choice fare on a Happy Hour ticket for $10 more than the Lite price.
 
Looks like some of tomorrow's Happy Hour specials are already being advertised on the VA home page?

E.g. specials currently being displayed ex BNE:

FWIW the prices being advertised are not currently available.
