I have my first 50% off flight claim currently outstanding.

I waited to book the flight until I actually achieve platinum so I could get the 50 % rebate . I booked on the same day after I achieved platinum . They claim I booked while I was still gold and only provided a 30 % rebate . This response was after waiting for days for a response .
