VA peels the eggs dont they?
QP gives them whole, in shell, and you have to break the albumen and yolk out to shell to eat white and yellow.

Justinf, its to do with $.
Anything that is cheap, edible, and deemed appropriate will be served, like it or not. Thats VA. Cant complain though, as I used my PS 2 free entries. Discussing with myself if its worth to pay $300 or $65 per entry for each VA lounge visit.
All day all day DIY sandwiches aka toastie in the VA lounge, vs stew and rice I had in the QP in AKL for lunch recently.

Hubby flew out of MEL this morning and reports no bacon, only beans and hash browns.

That would have caused some disappointment I imagine.

Hash browns is definitely an improvement

Maybe Luke should try going in to show them how to cook lol.

Luke has very little (nothing) to do with the new lounge menu ;)

You will not find his name and the lounge in the same sentence in any official releases since 2012.

Yes a celebrity chef isnt required to make a ham sandwich, roast beef roll or eggs and bacon i suppose

An international qantas business lounge cannot be compared to a domestic lounge.

Lucky enough to be treated to beef sausages and scrambled eggs in SYD this morning.

Was in CBR lounge around 4pm yesterday, had some rice salad dish and that was the highlight.

I'm starting to think that this new menu is in a lounge i'm not entitled to?

My wife who is Red but flies with me a lot even mentioned the lounge really needs to improve.

Dinner in SYD tonight is DIY pork Burritos! They taste awesome. Keep it up Virgin. EDIT: The sausage rolls just got brought around #winning

You must have taken all the eggs, beans and hash browns today.

MEL lounge had pumpkin risotto, soup and chocolate cake on offer yesterday around 1300.
