I'm not sure if I've been un-observant or whether this is a new 2018 thing, but the muffins are full size and will be a nice addition to the short haul whY mini-snack!

Have been using VA the Lounge for quite a while now, ((on and off, paying each entry but will join for $330 with PS soon)), and have not ever seen the take me with you offering.
Would be nice if they do that in ADL and I do take it out for all and sundry to see LookAtMoi moment!

That was in BNE. Hopefully it will stay. I think it's a positive move. IIRC, the ADL lounge is not big enough to fit the tray in! ;)

Lunch time in MEL 18/01

Usual toasted sandwiches, salads (incl potato salad). Creamy tomato soup and hot potato sidewinders (some weird cross between a potato wedge, steak chip and curly fry). But they are very delicious and very more-ish.

How much beer and potato is healthy for one man, I ask...(I don't want an answer, because I know what the answer probably is)

Dinner yest in Perth was Honey Soy Chicken and Steamed Jasmine rice.

Also had a ceaser salad that was on point!

I am not a fan of any type of mayo at all so it suited me.

Do they not have a dressing option on the side for you guys???

There were dressings, but not for Caesar Salad. I think balsamic and a honey/wholegrain mustard mayo type - none of which were really suitable for the Caesar Salad

Spinach and feta ravioli with basil pesto sauce in the BNE lounge this afternoon...
Tasted better than it looked...

Had this in the MEL lounge on Sunday 11th Feb (early evening) - thought it was quite tasty, although you're right, it didn't look too appealing!

Creamy chicken Thai soup available at the Perth lounge along with the usual good fare, post breakfast on Saturday 24th just gone. Including the decent Greek salad, I hope that makes its way around the country! Neglected to pop in to the Melbourne lounge on arrival to take a look (I should have, bag was one of the last out )

Sausages and poached eggs in the MEL lounge this morning. Did not partake as I will see what the East Coast J offering is for breakfast...

What time was that? Nothing hot when I was there...

I was on the red-eye to Melbourne, but got to the lounge fairly early, so I'd guess 8pm? It was proactively pointed out / offered to me when I requested a beer.

Edit: timestamp on photo was 20:25 :)

I was on the late afternoon flight and generally nothing is on offer at that time in PER.
