Just cancelled mine due to the reduced earn rate. Annual fee was due next month. They really drag out the closing process. After 20 minutes i started losing patience with them.

They talked me into waiting until 1/4/16, when, according to the retentions person, I'll be able to claim the $129 flight voucher. My annual fee is due in late April, so what the heck, I'll wait a few more weeks.

My annual fee was around December. I have never used the 2 for 1 deals. Would be interesting to see whether I can claim flight voucher now or wait until December 2016.

Well, 1/4/16 has been and gone, and when I log into my account I'll be stuffed if I can see anything pertaining to claiming the flight voucher.
I don't think they ever said that. The website still states 'mid 2016' for the voucher. And that you might have to call up and request it to be mailed out?
They definitely told me that I'd be able to login on the first of April and request the voucher. In hindsight, it seems to have been an April Fool's joke.
I'll call them later, when I'm in a better mood.
