Hi everyone,
I am wanting to book business or at least premium economy via points (willing to pay on top) for next year. But I'm unsure which airline / route to take for Europe. A lot of searches are saying 1 million + points but I have heard of flights only needing 130-150,000 points. Any help is appreciated!

Might be a bit too late for you to search for reward seats using points. If you could confirm the dates you are looking at and the destinations , someone with prior experience might be able to guide/suggest flight combinations.

Keep you eye out for reward seats available, the little purple box below the flights (eg: second option) that shows a rewards seat vs points & pay.

Etihad, Qatar and Singapore Airlines are the usual common VA options to Europe. Availability is limited so good luck!

You need to look for V reward seats (the other ones are just regular seats converted to points).

Seats.aero is a handy tool to dig up seats on a sector by sector basis (i.e. it'll find MEL-SIN and SIN-FRA but not MEL-FRA).

Premium Economy rewards seats on Singapore Airlines are very easy to find on Velocity. As per above posts...you need to be looking at rewards seats.
