Did you get two emails (first one without a code) or just one?
Correct.Just out if interest… no additional fees or charges? Just the access key?

I emailed sailor services and the collinson email that was given as a contact in the redemption process. Not sure which one (if either) prompted the email with the key included. How did people successfully get their Access Keys after receiving the blank email? I couldn't get through their live chat ("Sorry, agents are swamped") and now stuck on hold with them via their 1800 number currently. I have also tried emailing the sailorservices address, but not sure how long it will take to get a response, since it was a few hours since the initial blank email came through and they're probably managing a number of emails about it.
Glad that I’m not the only one with problems. I’ve taken a screen shot of the cabin I want and will be off to the ACCC if they can’t fix this promptly. How did people successfully get their Access Keys after receiving the blank email? still no access key, i ended up calling them, and they're well aware of the issue, and they were able to hold the room for me for 72hours, hopefully the access key comes in before that.done the same, just want the 4 day 11th Feb for the wifes birthday

The Sea Terrace cabins are balcony cabins so they are pretty decent. If you look at the cabin options the Sea Terrace ones are near the most pricey end.For the people who understand ships and go on cruises. I got this for my parents. They only wanted a 3 day cruise.
Is below good or should I call for same room type but a different level ect..?
