I recently cancelled a reward flight. About 1 week for points and $$ to be refunded. I call that a prompt response - good work by VA2!

I will grudgingly not be charging VA2 fees for all of the flights they cancel at the last minute either

I will have my work experience kids send out an EDM to them too
