I was ostracised in 2017 for no reason other than telling them to take my payment when they wanted but asking them to delay sending my wine for a few weeks.

Upside is that my Wendouree budget went to Lakes Folly this year. Had a 2010 jeroboam of their cabernets last weekend with some friends. Spectacular.

Only the Cabernets. That's all I've ever purchased from them. It usually sells out very quickly.

Don't lose complete hope. Maybe some of your order has been lost in transit, as the box says 4 of 4, suggesting there are 3 other boxes out there. They always mark my boxes according to how many are in the order.

If @afro got hit for 3 btls plus freight then that 4/4 doesn't mean much...or perhaps there were 3 other boxes allocated before some divine intervention occured.

I was going to type it all out on a quite night but since someone already saw the 4/4 on the pic, I might as well response now. Long story short, yes there is 4 boxes since yesterday.

Now the long story, I did receive the small box first on Monday ,then the letter arrived the next day, usually there should have some tracking sticker on it but there wasnt any this time, I didn’t notice the 4/4 at first (trust me,the size of the box took my soul)until early dinner time the austpost guy show up and hand me the other 3 bigger boxes.

It’s 6 bottle of muscat, I thought that can show them how badly I wanted those other wines.

Received a letter saying they sadly couldn't fulfil my order but they have limited stock of the Shiraz Malbec and Muscat in stock if I was interested. Quick call later and I have 6 of the Shiraz Malbec coming my way. Second year of trying red crayon so it's better than nothing!

I received 2x Shiraz mataro and 2 x Shiraz Malbec.
Missed out on straight Malbec and cab Malbec
Pretty happy with first order.

Looks like lots of people must have missed out on the Shiraz this year and be prepared to pay a premium for it.

Current bid for just 1 bottle of 2017 Shiraz at grays is over $134. Add in postage, buyers premium, credit card surcharge and that's over $180.

HI everyone i am new to this site/forum. I am from South Australia and also new to Wendouree wine mailing order allocation. I saw from some websites it will be slightly easier to be on the mailing list if i can mentioned a name / acquaintance from someone here.
