Wendouree allocations and general discussion

My wines got delivered yesterday in Melbourne. Got 2 boxes, a mix of everything I ordered, mostly 1 or 2 bottles each. The surprise was Shiraz, got 4 out of 6 ordered.

Third year no stripe, green stamp. SA. Just got the CC hit.
$732.20 is someone wants to work that out. Roughly half what I asked for.

For those still waiting patiently, you will eventually hear from Wendouree. Even if it's just a letter to tell you they've sold out or to offer alternatives to what you may have ordered (although this is unlikely this year). But unfortunately, the longer the wait the more likely you're going to be disappointed in what you receive this year.

Yes last year I had a note saying I was happy with any 6 and they offered me extra of shiraz-mataro as malbec was gone.
I was hoping for some this year, but happy with any really.
I love the W waiting game :-)

This years haul, one of my best ever. Red Crayon 🖍 Melbourne, first vintage I ever received was 2013.

Sydney, red crayon, looks like I've got 60% of what I've asked for.
Got lucky with some from Auswine & also direct - great wines, sad that’s it for them
Yeah and Roger's a busy man, hit my card this morning. Didn't quite get 12x Simpatico/Symphony but close..

Should we still expect a letter even if there is nothing available? I received a confirmation letter about 18 months ago, and received my order form about 6 months later. I returned the form but never heard back and haven’t received anything since.

Should I write in to confirm I’m still interested even if it takes a while to receive any wine, or is it normal to not hear from them each year?
