If you sent in an order form this year it's usual to get a reply.Should we still expect a letter even if there is nothing available?

2nd year applying, got my letter on Friday saying they couldn't give me ANY of my order (ordered 1 of each bottle).Should we still expect a letter even if there is nothing available? I received a confirmation letter about 18 months ago, and received my order form about 6 months later. I returned the form but never heard back and haven’t received anything since.
Should I write in to confirm I’m still interested even if it takes a while to receive any wine, or is it normal to not hear from them each year?
Small vintage and effectively a “waitlist” exists now. Not many got full orders so unsurprising unfortunately. Hang in there.2nd year applying, got my letter on Friday saying they couldn't give me ANY of my order (ordered 1 of each bottle).
Pretty disappointing.
I would definitely do this. But note that the next vintage has also already been flagged as limited supply.Okay damn, something might have got lost in the post then! I’ll write in again just to confirm I still want to be on the list. Back to square one I guess
same here, green year stamp no luck this year3rd year, sydney, and just got rejection letter.
Last year I got a 6 pack and previous year a 4 pack.
not looking great for next year either
Dr Ralph, I didn’t get any allocated last year and I’ve seen a few of your posts about swapping. Please let me know if you’re still interested. I have access to the Rockford Basket Press, Andrew Thomas Kiss, Grosset and a few other places too. Let me know if you’re keen. I’m based in Sydney but I pop down to Wollongong a couple times a year.Make friends with a person in your local area that regularly buys. Like myself, you'll usually find that although they buy a case (or in some years more than a case) of everything, they often don't intend to keep it all for themselves and are very happy to off load a bottle or two or even swap for something you may have (this has certainly worked well for me with people in the Wollongong area).
At 50%+ issue price, I wouldn't call these offerings decent:

I wish you luck for this year.as a newbie last year I missed out, so hoping I will get an allocation this year but am realistic and half expecting another "no soup for you!!" letter given the low yields.

With any ordinary vintage I'd be confident in saying 'yes'. But the allocations this year will be extremely low. So I'm far less confident in saying 'yes'.2 years no go. 3rd time a charm?
Seems to be some dissagreement on that forum with Mataro being mentionedOnly cab Malbec, Shiraz , and the Malbec available this release according to another forum.probably the muscat as well.
I saw that on auswine this morning , now I saw what you said on wine front, well then, let the rumour begin.Seems to be some dissagreement on that forum with Mataro being mentioned
