Westpac Earth Black 40k QFF bonus apply before 30 Sep

According to the T&Cs of the offer the bonus points will be posted within 14 days after the first statement. For me that was 13 Feb and I got the regular points and bonus points for QF purchases in my QFF account on that day, but no bonus 40000 points. Will wait till 27 Feb before calling.

The bonus and monthly points posted in one hit a few days after the first statement came out. You might want to chase it up if they only posted your monthly points with no bonus ones.

I've had 0 bonus points but not quite 14 days since my statement so I'll hold off a few days but getting ready to complain! Why is it never easy, some rubbish IT out there.

Lodged a complaint aswell.. someone replied saying the card needed to be ACTIVATED by 14 JAN, so i sent him a copy of the promotion which only stated APPLY by 14 JAN....no reply

Kind of a shame for them that a quck google shows the Qantas website still available and clear it was available to all Qantas FF members

That is rubbish... I wouldn't take that for an answer. No where in their terms and conditions does it mention that this was for "Chairmans Lounge Members". One of my family members got ZERO points, so he is waiting to hear back from them now. Otherwise he will be going to FOS aswell.

To me they said, that I had to apply, be approved and make a purchase before 14 Jan. But the promo clearly states "APPLY BY 14 JANUARY 2014 TO RECEIVE 40,000 BONUS QANTAS POINTS & A REDUCED ANNUAL FEE FOR THE LIFE OF THE CARD ". I then sent them copy of the promotion I had saved as a pdf file. They decided to give me the extra 20,000 points.
