I just used the link from here. I received an email that my cards are available to be picked up from the local branch. Just have been home since to pick them up.

The code for the 40K points + $125/yr fee was EAAJ4. Don't know how you will go with the offer now expired, but you could say that you clicked on the wrong link as there are other concurrent offers i.e. Qantas' website had $40K + $395/yr fee at the time but code WADKU which I clicked from and then called up to have them change the promo code - they said I could change it when I pick up the card from the branch but it would have been after 14 Jan and they said that should not be a problem - I couldn't test it because I had another application in the system under the proper offer code which was declined because the other was successful so they instead just cancelled WADKU application and processed EAAJ4 application in a matter of minutes.

We signed up when the deal was $125 per year for lifetime of the card (this was the decision point). Now we can't find that offer on the website as it was mailed to us. Can anyone direct us to where the previous earth black QF Platinum FF offer is so we can quote it on the phone when calling India to dispute?

In my case have got the $125/year fee OK on my first statement, but no bonus points as yet, what is the expereience of others as to how long it takes to get those Bonus points through?

they have the statement starting from 14 Jan and have only charged me the $125 card fee but not given me the bonus points. The calculation of the other points (ie 1.5 points per $1 for Amex is correct).

Just rang up and went through a few places and eventually spoke to a "Colin" (Employee M016476) and he said he had dealt with a couple of these problems. He has gone through my account and promised that the other 20,000 will be posted with the statement next month.

Not the best outcome but I don't need the points right now so waiting another month is not really going to be a problem.
