That CMO slightly less than the inconsiderate $#!@^# who don't even bother picking up after their pooch and just leave it in your yard.People who pick up after their pooch then drop the bag into my bin. What makes me even more cheesed off is they live down the hill so why not simply take it home and put it in their own bin?
Related - and what I know will be a somewhat divisive topic - WCMO is others dumping their excess rubbish into my bin on collection day (without asking). Just because my bin is on the curb doesn't mean that it's open season on any free space, or that I haven't got anything else to stick in there before the trucks come through and empty the bin. I'm more than happy to offer available space to my neighbours on the odd occasion that they need it. With some neighbours I have a standing agreement (i.e. don't need to ask unless you are needing to use a heap of space), but for those neighbours with whom such agreements do not exist, it's just common courtesy to ask first.
