What cheeses me off

My ex-barber used to continue talking mindlessly , and expect a response, even when he had seen me take my hearing aids out.

After I sit in the chair and agree on the cut. I shut my eyes and make it obvious I am tuning out and pretend to be snoozing. That usually works to shut them up.

I'm normally a fan of Amazon's "Subscribe & Save" deals, but I was admittedly cheesed off to note that I purchased one of my household staples at a good price via S&S last night, only for Amazon to drop the price on the same product today. :(

Still, I guess it's only fair for Amazon to get one back on me now and again given the number of times I've taken advantage of the lower S&S prices on the same items via the cancel and resubscribe option over the years.

I tried closing my eyes yesterday and she still didn't get it - time to find another hairdresser. I don't care if your mum is sick - sorry not my issue

Setting up a direct debit with HSBC

You have to download a form - fill it in and print it out then fax or mail it

FFS - get with the times guys

Yeah but where do you start with that! It's a minefield.
Sure but I have a "friend" who often says you should or you ought to - no I'm sorry that's the things you enjoy not me.

eg - I don't like having a main meal at lunch - much prefer dinner and she says no we need to go out for lunch I don't like eating late.

Neither of us is wrong just different but you just need to be flexible until it compromises your life

Everyone makes judgements based on their own experience, you may think you are perfectly impartial/understanding but the truth is you too have plenty of conscious and unconscious biases.

I personally think it is ok that we don't all think the same and don't all experience the world the same way.

What i object to is someone telling me my experience is not my experience; or telling me I cant choose something they wouldnt choose or dont like even though my choice only affects me and has zero impact to them.

“You should” the two words that are liable to send me into toddler tantrum. Makes it real difficult in a relationship where I sometimes hear it multiple times a day.

Yes one particular friend will often say to me I can't say you should to me - and she's damned right.

Another saying that person I know says often is “ I’m not racist but”. If you have to say that then really 🤷‍♀️
