Oh yes. Yesterday I heard this yelling from aisles away. It was like kids yelling. Eventually I caught up with the noisemaker. It was their mother - not yelling at them but just yelling. She had three kids around 5-10 years. And they were ferals. They were running up and down the aisles, opening the fridges and just yelling. Eventually they walked up to the exit area. I looked around as that’s where I was headed to pay. They disappeared. Didn’t see them again. Did they pay? Hmmm.Kids running around supermarkets. Today I was in the middle as two 13'ish boys came belting round the end of the aisles in opposite directions, meeting about where I stood. I just gave them a look only an old man can. You should have seen the looks of glee disappear from their faces.
I am an instruction book reader! But no one except teachers and librarians ever read the instructions or recipes!

So you've never had a car randomly lose its cooling capacity and overheat then and nothing to do with poor maintenance. Sometimes with cars coughe happens because it can.WCMO is im on my way to SYD it usually takes 12mins in the tunnel.
Jump in uber, find out tunnel entrance is closed no warning or signage until we were 10m from the entry. Stuck in jam trying to change direction for 15mins (should have been at airport already) then now fighting peakhour traffic to go the long way another 30mins.
Allowed an hour but not only will I get no lounge time, I may miss my flight if things don't start moving.
ETA - cause is a car fire, so some Inconsiderate person fails to maintain their cars and then causes traffic chaos for all.
My engine overheated on a major highway in SA. Random. It gets serviced every 9 months. It's in excellent condition. But the radiator burst. It overheated. Immediately. Hot or cold day has nothing to do with an engine that isn't being kept cool. And more often fires are due to poor maintenance. It's not a hot (or even warm) day.
And no ive never been in a vehicle that has randomly overheated or caught fire. No one i know has randomly had their car catch fire. Community forums all saying it was an absolute bomb.
Anyway luckily caught a break and am in the lounge and the panini bar is actually open and the pastrami sandwich wasn't bad.
But the RTA need to use the nearby electric signs on approach to warn when tunnel is closed, so people can easily turn off.
Because some people posting were in the tunnel when it happened, it took a while to get out.How would random community forums know what the condition the car was in before it burst into flames?
And once a car has caught on fire it's pre fire situation is impossible to assess.Because some people posting were in the tunnel when it happened, it took a while to get out.
One poster was a passenger in the car behind it, they saw it before and after the flames started. I trust an eye witness over what you think is or isn't possible. Im sure it won't be long till dash cam footage gets posted. And once a car has caught on fire it's pre fire situation is impossible to assess.
My car overheated last year because the radiator tank sprang a major leak. Nothing to do with lack of maintenance, just a part failure. And it happened again last week only four months after a service. So you've never had a car randomly lose its cooling capacity and overheat then and nothing to do with poor maintenance. Sometimes with cars coughe happens because it can.
maybe, but consideration for others is part of being in a sane society. It doesn't really matter what happened to the car, the Op is clearly entitled to go about her affairs without being hindered by other folks problems……...
Well that's a funny thing to say here.maybe, but consideration for others is part of being in a sane society.
